Is it just me or is there something Mandelbrotish, fractalish, about the way these witchdoctors compare with Western psychiatry? Credibility, money, power, respect--all despite lack of evidence--and last but not insignificantly: scapegoats...? Actually that's a rhetorical question.

I think it's significant that Catholics are actually in there trying to help.
